Every consultant Coeus hires has at least 7-8 years relevant experience, as well as strong analytical and relationship-building skills. Instead of junior consultants working from a playbook, clients always meet seasoned professionals with the confidence to ask challenging questions, the experience to rethink established methodologies, and the commitment to stand side-by-side with them throughout programme execution.
We have five practices – Strategy, Sourcing, Technology and Architecture, Transformation and Service Integration & Operational Excellence – dedicated to harvesting IP from client engagements, fresh thought leadership and new and updated methodologies.
These centres of excellence have become an invaluable resource for our entire team, sharing everything from example deliverables to innovative concepts.
We ensure all our consultants keep up to date with the latest thinking on emerging technologies at our bi-monthly ‘Knowledge Share’ sessions, where our subject experts pass on their knowledge so we can all bring relevant, up-to-date information to client engagements.
Unusually for a company of our size, we took ownership of our corporate culture early on by setting up our own culture programme. The culture team – drawn from across the business, outside of the boardroom – helps steer Coeus’ development in areas ranging from working practices to Corporate Social Responsibility.
Our goal is that everyone at Coeus has the opportunity to get involved and have a say in how we develop and grow, in line with our stated commitments to each other, to our employees, and to mutual success. These include:
Alongside interesting work with prestigious multi-national clients, we offer an opportunity to broaden your skills and expertise in an environment that will not restrict you to a single service or sector.

We place great importance on recruiting individuals with the right outlook on life in addition to a blend of industry experience and consulting capability and promote a supportive environment with exciting and fulfilling career development opportunities.
“Life at Coeus is a refreshing change from the usual corporate drudge. We’re a real community. The client work is varied and interesting, and the freedom I have internally allows me to really thrive, challenge myself and develop.”
“Working at Coeus you are given every opportunity to develop and continually push yourself, everyone is encouraged to get involved in all aspects of client engagement. All staff are experienced which means there is a huge knowledge base to always call on. We have regular social events and knowledge share sessions which ensures all new joiners are inducted into the growing community."
"Life at Coeus is more like working with a family than employees - the people really are what make the business exciting and fun to work for. The work is great – you are encouraged to own the work and really make it yours, whilst learning from the amazing talent pool around you. I feel my rate of growth has been huge and the work really is what I would call true consultancy.”
“Coeus is an exciting place to work, with talented people, great opportunities and immense potential. Whilst working for Coeus I’ve developed considerably and I really appreciate the collegial work environment.”
"I was fortunate enough to have a few job offers to consider when interviewing. I chose Coeus because of the assurances the Directors gave me about the culture, the nature of the work and the responsibility. Every one of those assurances has been met – I could not have joined a better company."
“Working at a fast-growing consultancy has provided me with unrivalled opportunities. If I was to sum up what my Coeus colleagues have in common, across their different skillsets and experience, I’d say a proactive/entrepreneurial approach, and above all, a friendly disposition.”
At Coeus we think it is important to let our employees have a say in which Employee Benefits they value most. On an annual basis, our internal culture programme, led by employees and reporting back to the Board, review the current benefits package and propose new areas for the company to look at.
For example, in 2017/18, a number of benefits were improved/added, as a result of employee feedback.
