COEUS HELPS GLOBAL DRINKS BUSINESS Wednesday 11th February, 2015

The organisation conducted external benchmarking, which showed that significant cost savings could be made in IS services, when compared with industry peers. The organisation was also facing a major inflection point with their largest IS services outsourcing contract, with only 12 months remaining. Coeus were asked to lead a programme to understand how to address the age old dichotomy of reducing run costs, whilst at the same time delivering world class IS services to the business.
